Domaine Louis Carillon et Fils

Domaine Louis Carillon & Fils, with an 11 hectares’ surface, has been exploited by the Société Civile Louis Carillon & Fils since 1981. The origins of the domain date back in the 16th century with Jehan Carillon, winemaker in Puligny. Instead of the “appellations régionales” sold in bulk, all the production is sold worldwide in bottles. The attention given to the vines, with an almost organic agriculture, offers wines to be kept, with a full typically and soil expression. Among the white wines of the domain, we can notice the “Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Perrières” and the “Saint-Aubin Premier Cru les Pitangerets” in red, that are now known as references. The wines from the Domaine Louis Carillon are great wines of Burgundy, and have to be kept some years in order to appreciate all their savour…
